Information About You.
Each of our patients is unique. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your past health history, present medical status, and daily lifestyle habits, including regularly taken medications, so that we can be certain to maximize the success of your treatment. Naturally, all information is held in strict confidence.
Billing and Insurance.
We believe our fees reflect the value of high-quality dental care we provide. Our fees are established for each given procedure, and do not vary. Our specially-trained staff members are available to assist patients in understanding any individual insurance benefits. Please feel free to discuss any special payment needs with our office manager. We're here to help!
Appointments and Emergency Care.
We take your time and your care very seriously. Therefore, each patient is seen by appointment to convenience their schedule and needs. As a courtesy to other patients, we ask that you please call our office whenever you may be delayed, and at least 48 hours in advance of cancellations.
Dental emergencies are rare, but sometimes do occur. If you are ever in need of emergency care, please call our office immediately, so that we can arrange to see you as soon as possible. Our after-hours recording provides emergency contact information.
